Stock types are used to identify a quality or kind of paper. Once you create a stock type, it can be used when configuring printers and creating ticket templates. For more information, refer to Printers.
By default, AudienceView provides the stocks Letter Size Stock and Ticket Stock.
To configure stock types, complete the following:
- Open the General Configuration application from the AudienceView Desktop.
- Select the Lists tab.
The Lists|Search page appears.
- Search for and select the Stock list. For more information, refer to Performing Searches.
The basic properties of the Stock list appears.
- Optionally, add or remove values from this list.
You can do this using the list’s General Configuration application Lists|Entries page.
- Optionally, change the order the list’s values appear.
You can do this using the list’s General Configuration application Lists|Basic page.
