To sort a list’s values in alphabetic or numeric order, complete the following:

1. Open the General Configuration application from the AudienceView Desktop.
2. Select the Lists tab.
   The Lists|Search page appears.
3. Search for and select the list that you want to sort. For more information, refer to General Configuration Lists-Search Page and Performing Searches.
   The Lists|Basic page appears.
4. From the 'Sort Options' dropdown, select the type of sorting to apply to the list’s values:
   • Alphabetic Ascending by Key
   • Alphabetic Ascending by Label
   • Alphabetic Descending by Key
   • Alphabetic Descending by Label
   • Numeric Ascending by Key
   • Numeric Ascending by Label
   • Numeric Descending by Key
   • Numeric Descending by Label
5. Click 'Apply'.
   A window confirms that the application updated the list.
6. Click 'OK'.
