The Stored Value Item|Calender page allows the user to control the visibility of the various stored value items available.
To modify a stored value item calendar entry, complete the following:
- Open the Product Configuration application from the AudienceView Desktop.
- Select the Stored Value Items tab.
The Stored Value Items|Search page appears.
- Search for and select the stored value item with the calendar entry that you want to modify. For more information, refer to Product Configuration Stored Value Items-Search Page and Performing Searches.
The Stored Value Items|Details page appears
- Select the Calendar tab.
The Stored Value Items|Calendar page appears.
- Modify the applicable stored value item calendar field:
- Select the roles that will be able to access the stored value item.
To select more than one user role, hold CTRL or SHIFT while making your selections.
If you do not hold CTRL while selecting the role all of the roles that are currently selected will be deselected.
- Enter the date or relative date that you want the stored value item to go on-sale in the 'Sale On' field or select a date by clicking or next to the field.

- Enter the date or relative date that you want the stored value item to become reloadable in the 'Reload On' field or select a date by clicking or next to the field.
For more information, refer to Using a Calendar to Add a Date and Using Relative Dates and Times. If you use a relative date, this date is relative to the stored value item's creation date.
If the stored value item being configured has not been specified as reloadable, the reload calendar function will have no effect.

- Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the application updated the stored value item.
- Click 'OK'.
