Deleting a Performance Calendar Entry

To delete a performance calendar entry, complete the following:

  1. Open the Venue Configuration application from the AudienceView Desktop.
  2. Select the Performances tab.
    The Performances|Search page appears.
  3. Search for and select the performance that you want to work with. For more information, refer to the Venue Configuration Performances-Search Page and Performing Searches.
    The Performances|Details page appears.
  4. Select the Calendar tab.
    The Performances|Calendar page appears.
  5. Select the 'del?' check box next to the entry that you want to delete.
  6. Click 'Apply'.
    A window confirms that the application updated the performance.
  7. Click 'OK'.
