Similar to other areas of the application, AudienceView enables you to capture additional data about an admission on a performance. These fields can be customized as per your organization’s requirements.
You can also create informative 'Messages' with 'Images' that will display in the Desktop (message only) and Online when a seat with an associated message is selected. Messages set on the Venue Configuration Performance Management-Seats Page override messages that are set on the Venue Configuration Venue-Seats Page and the Venue Configuration Venue-Sections Page. For more information, refer to Obstructed View and Accessibility Messaging.

Information
If no data fields appear, you have either selected a seat that is not currently part of the performance’s admission inventory, or there are no data fields configured.
If marketing data has already been set for an admission, but you have also selected multiple admissions with different data or no marketing data, the data fields appear empty. Setting a value overrides any previous data entries. |
- Enter the required data in the data fields on the right of the screen.
If you have selected multiple admissions, the data you enter in the fields will apply to all fields and overwrites any data that was already entered for the field.
- Click 'OK'.
The application refreshes the data fields.
- For each admission you want to modify, repeat the process from Step 5.
- Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the application updated the performance.
- Click 'OK'.
