The Ticket Usage report displays the total number of tickets bought or assigned, printed and used by series. It also provides a use percentage by customer. The report can display the admission type of assigned or bought tickets and the output can be performance detail, orders or both. The Access Control reports provide additional scanning information. Ticket Usage Report Criteria
The following table describes this report’s criteria:

Series |
Enables you to filter the report by the selected series.
Enter the series name or click to search for the series. For more information, refer to The Find Series Dialog Box. |
Performances From |
Enables you to filter for those performances that occur on or after the date entered.
The application will ignore your entry if you do not enter a value for 'Performances To' date.
Enter a date or relative date into the field or click or to select the date or relative date.

Performances To |
Enables you to filter for those performances that occur on or before the date entered.
The application will ignore your entry if you do not enter a value for 'Performances From' date.

Performance Code |
Enables you to filter the report by a specific performance.
Enter the performance code or click to search for the performance. For more information, refer to The Find Performances Dialog Box. |
Admission Type |
Enables you to filter the report by one of the following criteria:
- Assigned: These results are determined using the customer number attached to each admission. If there is no customer number assigned to any admissions, AudienceView will use the customer number attached to the order, if any.
- Bought: Results are determined using the customer number attached to the order, if any. For example images of each, refer to the Report Output by below.

Enables you to sort by one of the following criteria:
- Customer Last Name

Bought |
If filtering by Bought admissions, this displays the total number of tickets per order contact for a given performance. For more information, refer to the description of Admission Type, above. |
Assigned |
If filtering by Assigned admissions, this displays the total number of tickets per admission contact for a given performance. If multiple contacts are assigned to different admissions within an order, each contact will be displayed on a separate line. For more information, refer to the description of Admission Type, above. |
Printed |
The total number of tickets printed. |
Used |
The total number of tickets scanned using Access Control. |
% Used |
The percentage of the total bought tickets that have been scanned using Access Control. |
Orders |
The associated order number. |
