Deleting a Message

If the Internal message is deleted, it will be removed from the Message Centre.

Once a message is saved, you can remove the message if necessary.

To delete an existing message, complete the following:

  1. Open the Correspondence application from the AudienceView Desktop.
  2. Select the Messages tab.
  3. The Messages|Search page appears.
  4. Search for and select the message that you want to delete. For more information, refer to the Correspondence Messages-Search Page and Performing Searches.
  5. Click 'Delete'.
    A window prompts you to confirm the deletion of the message.
  6. Click 'OK'.
    A window confirms that the application deleted the message.
  7. Click 'OK'.
