Once a message is saved, you can remove the message if necessary.
To delete an existing message, complete the following:
- Open the Correspondence application from the AudienceView Desktop.
- Select the Messages tab.
- The Messages|Search page appears.
- Search for and select the message that you want to delete. For more information, refer to the Correspondence Messages-Search Page and Performing Searches.
- Click 'Delete'.
A window prompts you to confirm the deletion of the message.
- Click 'OK'.
A window confirms that the application deleted the message.
- Click 'OK'.
