To schedule messages, you must ensure that the sched user (or its affiliated group) has specific permissions on the TSmessageBO and the TSmessageCO, and specific content enabled.
| Information It is recommended that you associate the content for messaging to the group for the scheduler user and not solely the user itself. |
To provide the sched user (or its affiliated group) with the necessary permissions and content, complete the following:
- Open the Application Security application from the AudienceView Desktop.
- Select the Users or Group tab.
The associated Search page appears.
- Search for and select the sched user or its affiliated group.

- Select the Permissions tab.
The associated Permissions page appears.
- Select the TSmessageBO property.
- Select all of the options available in the 'Actions' field by holding CTRL or SHIFT as you make your selections.
- Select the TSmessageCO property.
- Select all of the options available in the 'Actions' field by holding CTRL or SHIFT as you make your selections.
- Select the Content tab.
The associated Content page appears.
- Select the Correspondence property.
- Select all of the Message pages by holding CTRL or SHIFT as you make your selections

- Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the application update the user/group.
- Click 'OK'.
