You are able to search for specific segments of text in your message
To search for text in a message, complete the following:
- Open the Correspondence application from the AudienceView Desktop.
- Select the Messages tab.
The Messages|Search page appears.
- Search for and select the message that you want to work with. For more information, refer to the Correspondence Messages-Search Page and Performing Searches.
The Articles|Basic pages appears.
- Select the Build tab.
The Messages|Build page appears.
- Click the Find icon (
).
The Find and Replace lightbox appears.

- Enter the text that you want to search for in the 'Find what:' field.
- Click the 'Match case' check box if you want the search to match the case of the entered search text.
- Click the 'Match whole word' check box if you want to search for the entire word that was entered as search text. The search engine will not look for a phrase, only the entire word as entered.
- Click the 'Match cyclic' check box if you want to search for all instances of the entered search text instead of the first instance only.
- Click 'Find'.
The found text is highlighted throughout the document. Click 'Find' again to find the next instance of the search results.
If the text is not found, the message stating The specified text was not found. is displayed. Refine your search criteria, ensuring that the search terms are spelled correctly, and retry the search.
