HTML Tags not to Use

The following HTML tags should not be included into the message:

• DOCTYPE
• HTML
• HEAD
• BODY

AudienceView automatically includes these tags into the message.

Attributes not to Use

The following attributes should not be included in a message:

• ALIGN

By default, AudienceView does not allow you to use deprecated HTML attributes. It is recommended that the STYLE attribute is used instead of the above attributes and instead of any deprecated styling attributes (e.g. bgcolor, valign, height, width, cellpadding, cellspacing)

Images ALT Attributes

AudienceView requires that every image in a message (or article) contains an alt attribute.
