To allow AudienceView Online customers to forward tickets to other customers, or to reprint tickets for themselves, complete the following:

Open the Application Security application from the AudienceView Desktop.

Select the Groups tab.
The Group|Search page appears.

Search for and select the WebSales group. For more information, refer to Application Security - Group|Search Page and Performing Searches.
The Groups|Basic page appears.

Select the Content tab.
The Groups|Content page appears.

Select the Online property.
-
Select the Ticket Reprint/Forwarding property by holding CTRL while making your selection.

Select the Permissions tab.
The Group|Permissions page appears.

Select the TScorrespondenceCO property.
-
Hold CTRL and select search from the 'Actions' field.

Select the TScustomerBO property.

Hold CTRL and select load from the 'Actions' field.

Select the Attributes tab.
The Group|Attributes page appears.

Select the TSorderBO property.

Click 'Add Rule'.

Click

The Attribute Name window appears.

Search for and select Order: Cancel Reason.

Click 'OK'.
The Attribute Name window closes.

Enter Forwarding Tickets in the 'Default Value' field.

Click 'Apply'
A window confirms that the application has updated the group.

Click 'OK'.
