Enabling Ticket Reprinting and Forwarding for the WebSales Group

To allow AudienceView Online customers to forward tickets to other customers, or to reprint tickets for themselves, complete the following:

  1. Open the Application Security application from the AudienceView Desktop.
  2. Select the Groups tab.
    The Group|Search page appears.
  3. Search for and select the WebSales group. For more information, refer to Application Security - Group|Search Page and Performing Searches.
    The Groups|Basic page appears.
  4. Select the Content tab.
    The Groups|Content page appears.
  5. Select the Online property.
  6. Select the Ticket Reprint/Forwarding property by holding CTRL while making your selection.
  7. Select the Permissions tab.
    The Group|Permissions page appears.
  8. Select the TScorrespondenceCO property.
  9. Hold CTRL and select search from the 'Actions' field.
  10. Select the TScustomerBO property.
  11. Hold CTRL and select load from the 'Actions' field.
  12. Select the Attributes tab.
    The Group|Attributes page appears.
  13. Select the TSorderBO property.
  14. Click 'Add Rule'.
  15. Click .
    The Attribute Name window appears.
  16. Search for and select Order: Cancel Reason.
  17. Click 'OK'.
    The Attribute Name window closes.
  18. Enter Forwarding Tickets in the 'Default Value' field.
  19. Click 'Apply'
    A window confirms that the application has updated the group.
  20. Click 'OK'.
