Agent Event Sales Report (AudienceView 6.8.19)

The Agent Event Sales report displays the ticket sales and charges by agent, based on the orders to which the selected agents are attached.

Agent Event Sales Report Criteria

The following table describes this report’s criteria:

Criteria Description
Venue Enables you to filter the report by one or more venue selections.
Series Enables you to filter the report by a specific series.
Enter the performance code or click ​ to use the Find Series dialog box to search for it.
Performance  Code Enables you to filter the report by a specific performance.
Enter the performance code or click to use the Find Performances dialog box to search for it.
Sales Date Format Specifies the date to use for the report:
  • Date Range
  • Previous 7 Days – This does not include today.
  • Today
  • Yesterday

    This is the date that the order was started but not completed.
Sales Date From  If you are entering a date range, this is the date from which data will be included in the report. This date is inclusive where the starting time will be 0:00:00 on the selected date.
Any value entered into this field will only apply if Date Range is used.

Sales Date To If you are entering a date range, this is the date to which data will be included in the report. This date is inclusive where the end time will be up to 23:59:59 on the selected date.
Any value entered into this field will only apply if Date Range is used.

Display Charge Type Enables you to further expand the pricing breakdown by adding columns based on the selected charge types:
  • Commission
  • Service Charge
  • Tax
Information
Two other options, User Tax1 and User Tax2, are available. By default they are disabled in the General Configuration application List|Entries page for the Service Charge Types list. To configure these options, they must first be enabled. For information on configuring taxes and charges, refer to Product Configuration - Charges.
Agent Customer Number Enables you to filter the report by specific agents (if applicable).
Enter the customer number or click to use the Find Customers dialog box to search for it.
Hint
You can add multiple agents to the report criteria; however they must be added one at a time.
Report Output By Enables you to display order and/or event details:
  • Agent Organization Summary: includes the order number
  • Agent Detail: includes event name and event date
  • Event Detail: combines both of the above
Display Values Enables you to filter the report by the values that you want to display:
  • Paid: Tickets that have been paid for.
  • Sold: Tickets that are on an order, but have not been paid for (e.g. the customer will pay for the ticket when he/she picks it up at will call).

Advanced Section

The following criteria is available in the advanced section:

Criteria Description
Events From Enables you to filter for those events that occur on or after the date entered.
The application will ignore your entry if you do not enter a value for 'Events To' date.
Enter a date or relative date or click to select a date or to select a relative date.
Events To Enables you to filter for those events that occur on or before the date entered.
The application will ignore your entry if you do not enter a value for 'Events From' date.
Enter a date or relative date or click to select a date or to select a relative date.
Price Type Enables you to filter the report based on specific price types.

Output

The following image illustrates the report's out when it has been Agent Detail has been selected from the 'Report Output by' dropdown and Sold has been selected from the 'Display Values' dropdown:
