The Bundle Performance Requests report displays information about bundle and performance requests over a range of request dates, performances, price zones, and request states for a range of users.
Use this report to help fulfill waiting list requests for customers once all requests have been entered into AudienceView. In addition, you can use this report to assist in processing upgrade requests for season tickets once the renewal campaign has come to a close and re-allotment of season ticket seats.

Requests From |
Enables you to filter for requests created on or after the selected date. This date is inclusive where the starting time will be 0:00:00 on the selected date.
Any value entered into this field will only apply if Date Range is used.

Requests To |
Enables you to filter for requests created on or before the selected date. This date is inclusive where the end time will be up to 23:59:59 on the selected date.
Any value entered into this field will only apply if Date Range is used.

Performance Code |
Enables you to filter the report by a specific performance.
Enter the performance code or click to search for the performance. For more information, refer to The Find Performances Dialog Box. |
Bundle Name |
Enables you to filter for bundle requests by bundle name.
Enter the user name and press ENTER or click to search for the user(s). For more information on searching for a user, refer to The Find Bundles Dialog Box. |
Request State |
Enables you to filter by the state of the request.
To select more than one request state, hold CTRL or SHIFT while making your selections. |

Performances From |
If you are entering a date range, this is the performance date from which data will be included in the report. Only data relating to performances on or after this date will be included in the report. This date is inclusive.

Performances To |

Include Blank Price Zones |
Enables you to filter the report to include blank price zones or not. |
Price Zone |
Enables you to filter the report by the selected price zone.
To select more than one price zone, hold CTRL or SHIFT while making your selections. |
Customer Number |
Enables you to filter the report by the specified customer number. |
User Name |
Enables you to filter by the selected users.
Enter the user name and press ENTER or click to search for the user(s). For more information on searching for a user, refer to The Find Users Dialog Box.
This is the user who created the request. |
User Role |
Enables you to filter by the selected user roles.
This is the user who last updated the order.
To select more than one user role, hold CTRL or SHIFT while making your selections. |

Enables you to filter by the selected user role groups.

Bundle Performance Requests Report Output

The following table describes the report output:
Column |
Description |
Total Requests |
The total number of requests included in the report. |
Total Tickets to Fill |
The total number of requested admissions. This column counts the number of requested admissions, and does not take into consideration the status of the request (e.g. Filled, Not Fillable). |
Tickets Net Value |
The net value of the requested admissions, excluding taxes and service charges. |
Total Charges |
The total charges on the order if any. |
Order Total |
The total value of the request orders including the value of all items on the order, taxes and service charges. |
Total Paid |
The total amount paid towards the requests. |
Total Due |
The amount owing for those requests Chargeable Pending Fulfillment. |
Request Details |
Displays details about each request including the customer number and name, order number, performance details, admissions to fill, price type and zone, request status and the net value of the request (excluding taxes and service charges).
You can click the customer number or order number to view additional information in Customer Services. Links will not function if you email or download the HTML version of the report. |
