The Event Availability by Price Zone and Hold report is used for general admission festivals. It details the state of all of the events at the festival across all venues and series at any given time by event, paid, comp, available and held tickets by hold type and monetary value.
Event Availability by Price Zone and Hold Report Criteria
The following table describes this report’s criteria:

| Venue |
Enables you to filter the report by one or more venue selections.
To select more than one venue, hold CTRL or SHIFT while making your selections. |
| Series |
Enables you to filter the report by the selected series.
Enter the series name or click  to search for the series.

| Events From |
Enables you to filter for those events that occur on or after the date entered.
The application will ignore your entry if you do not enter a value for 'Events To' date.
Enter a date or relative date into the field or click  or  to select the date or relative date.

| Events To |
Enables you to filter for those events that occur on or before the date entered.
The application will ignore your entry if you do not enter a value for 'Events From' date.

| Event |
Enables you to filter the report by a specific 'Event Code'.
Enter the event code or click to search for the event. For more information, refer to The Find Performance Dialog Box. |

Enables you to filter the report based on a specific event 'Marketing Data' field. |
| Display Event Data |
Enables you to display the event 'Marketing Data' field that the report was sorted by:
- No: The report will be sorted by the field selected from the 'Event Data' dropdown, but the field value will not be included in the output of the report.
- Yes: The report will be sorted by the field selected from the 'Event Data' dropdown, and the field value will be included in the output of the report.

Enables you to filter the report based on a particular entry in the selected 'Event Data' field. |
| Price Zone |
Enables you to filter the report based on the price zone, providing an idea of the capacity of a given section.
To select more than one hold type, hold CTRL or SHIFT while making your selections. |
| Price Type |
Enables you to filter the report by the selected price types. This only displays the total admissions sold (sold and comp) within the price type(s). This provides an idea of the potential attendees.

Enables you to display totals by:
- Date only
- Performance Name

Enables you to filter the report by the values that you want to display:
- Paid: Tickets that have been paid for.
- Sold: Tickets that are on an order, but have not been paid for (e.g. the customer will pay for the ticket when he/she picks it up at will call).
