A generated report is any report that appears on the Generated Reports tab of the Business Intelligence and Reports application.
To run a generated report, complete the following:
- Open the Business Intelligence and Reports application from the AudienceView Desktop.
The Generated Reports|Reports page appears.
- All of the available generated reports appear on the Generated Reports|Reports page. To view a description of the report, hold your mouse over the name of the report. The description will appear in the report description area at the bottom of the page.
- Select the report that you want to run.
The Generated Reports|Parameters page appears.
- In the Criteria area, enter the criteria with which you want to run the report. Each report has its own criteria.

- If your organization has multiple reporting databases, select the database on which you want to run the report, from the 'Database' dropdown list. This list is generated by your system administrator.
- If you want to run the report, click 'Execute'. The report will appear in a new window. If you want to email, download or print the report, click
next to the 'Execute' button and select the desired option. This option also enables you to change the format of the report.
