Once you add admissions to an order, you can use the seat map to modify the price type if the ticket has not been used and you have the appropriate permissions.
To change the price type using the seat map, complete the following:
- Open the Customer Services application from the AudienceView Desktop.
- Select the Order tab.
The Order|Search page appears.
- Search for and select the order you want to work with. For more information, refer to Searching for an Order.
The Order|Summary page appears.
- In the admissions section, click on the name of the performance you want to work with.
The Seats|Map page appears. Seats that are part of the order display in larger letters.
- Select the new price type from the 'Price Type' dropdown.
- Click on the seat that you want to apply the new price type to.
The price type letter is updated.
- Click 'Order|Summary'.
- Update the payment details, if necessary.

- Cick 'Apply'.
| Information If the tickets have already been printed, the application cancels the tickets and, depending on your delivery method, you may have to print the order again. By default, the application prompts you to enter a reason for cancelling the tickets. |
A window confirms that the application updated the order.
- Click 'OK'.
