Once you add admissions to a new or existing order, you can use the Order|Seats|Seats page to change the price type if the ticket has not been used and you have the appropriate permissions. To change the price type using the seating map, refer to Changing the Price Type for a Seat on an Order Using the Seat Map. You can also modify the price type using the admissions section of the Order|Summary page. For more information, refer to Admissions Section.
To change the price type for a seat, complete the following:

Open the Customer Services application from the AudienceView Desktop.

Select the Order tab.
The Order|Search page appears.

Search for and select the order you want to work with. For more information, refer to Searching for an Order.
The Order|Summary page appears.

Select the Seats tab.
The Order|Seats|Seats page appears.

If there are multiple performances on the order, select the performance you want to work with.

Check the 'Status' column to see if the ticket has been used or not. |

Choose an option:

Select the desired price type from the dropdown at the bottom of the 'Price Type' column.
Click 'Set All'. |

Click 'Update Details'.
The admission pricing updates accordingly.

Update the payment details, if necessary.

If the tickets have already been printed, the application cancels the tickets and, depending on your delivery method, you may have to print the order again. By default, the application prompts you to enter a reason for cancelling the tickets. |
A window comfirms that the application updated the order.

Click 'OK'.
