AudienceView recommends using the following hardware and software to run their application:

  • Windows 2008 R2 – 64 Bit
  • Windows 2012 (IIS8) – 64 bit

  • Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 – 64 Bit
  • Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x64) – 64 bit
  • Microsoft Core XML Services (MSXML) 6.0 – 64 bit
  • A minimum of 8 GB RAM per web server
  • A recommendation of 16 GB RAM per web server
Database Server Platforms

Desktop Client Software Requirements

  • Adobe SVG Viewer 3.0 (if using Internet Explorer 9)

  • Hardware: Standard PC Hardware: 2 GB of memory 2.4GHZ or higher processor
  • Software: Windows 7 or newer, Internet Explorer 8 or newer
  • Network: Wireless minimum 802.11g; recommended 802.11n; 100Mpbs wired connection

    Information
    As of September 2015, Elavon will be discontinuing the ProtoBase payment gateway. AudienceView will provide a recommended transition plan to our clients using ProtoBase. The following are the currently supported versions of ProtoBase (United States):

    • ProtoBase 4.82-00
    • ProtoBase 6
