AV Community Fixes

Issue Solution ID
Events without organizations are being displayed for all organizations in the Event Owner Portal
 
This has been corrected in AV Community 1.10.0.
A change was made to the logic around performance searching when a user has an active organization. Previously, performance searches using TSperformanceCO returned performances associated to the organization on the session and performances not associated to any organization. With this change, performance searches using TSperformanceCO will only return performances associated to the organization on the session.
 
If there is no organization on the session the behaviour is unchanged. All performances, with or without organizations, will be returned.
 
This change only affects searches using TSperformanceCO (i.e. Customer Services application Seats|Search page, Venue Configuration application Performances|Search page, Performance BI queries, The Find Performance Dialog Box and the Event Owner Portal).
It does not affect:
  • Online unified search
  • Customer Services application Customer|History and Order|History pages

Events created through the Event Owner Portal are not using the default 'Accepted Payment Methods' and 'Allowed Delivery Methods' values from the Registry. This has been corrected in AV Community 1.10.0.
The default values are being used.		 AVD-8535
Clicking 'Add Users'on the My Profile page in the Event Owner Portal is generating a server error. This has been corrected in AV Community 1.10.0.
The server error no longer occurs and event owners can add users to their profiles.		 AVD-8794
When creating a venue through the event owner portal using 'Add Location', the 'Latitude' and 'Longitude' for the venue are not being set correctly and the Google map is not being shown. This has been corrected in AV Community 1.10.0.
 
The 'Latitude' and 'Longitude' are being set and the Google map is displayed.

Payment type fields associated are not being displayed in the event owner portal despite being configured as Readable/Writable in the Registry. This has been corrected in AV Community 1.10.0.
Payment type fields appear when configured to do so.		 AVD-9053

Users creating additional profiles in the event owner portal are unable to save a profile image when initially creating the profile.		 This has been corrected in AV Community 1.10.0.
This issue has been resolved and users can now save an image as part of the initial profile creation.		 AVD-9104

Graphs and charts are not appearing in event owner portal.

 This has been corrected in AV Community 1.10.0.
Some of the references to the third-party Fusion Charts library were pointing to a folder that is not typically deployed to a web server. This has been corrected and the references now point to a folder which is always available.		 AVD-9106

The results on the Customer Services application Customer|History|Miscellaneous Items and Customer|History|Seats pages do not fit the screen. This has been corrected in AV Community 1.10.0.

The list attached to the 'ALT-Print' button in the Customer Services application appears at the top of the page when using Firefox. This has been corrected in AV Community 1.10.0.

Sending test emails through the Correspondence application ignores the default mailhost when the system has been configured to use a remote SMTP server. This also prevents you from using more than on test email address at a time. This has been corrected in AV Community 1.10.0.
When sending a test email through the Correspondence application, the local SMTP server will be used even if the system has been configured to use a remote SMTP server (defined in the Registry).		 AVD-5008
Cannot purge encrypted credit card data using the Registry tool. This has been corrected in AV Community 1.10.0.
A database performance improvement in an earlier version had an unintended impact on the credit card purge feature, causing it to fail. The issue has been resolved and the credit card purge feature now works as designed.		 AVD-6095
When selling events that were created through the Event Owner Portal using the Desktop, Message 6197: This map does not have seated admissions. It cannot be loaded. constantly appears. This has been corrected in AV Community 1.10.0.
The information message only appears when applicable.		 AVD-6466
Default date durations set in the Registry are being converted to an absolute dates when the changes are being saved. This has been corrected in AV Community 1.10.0.
Default date durations can now be saved in the Registry.		 AVD-6494

Remove the Facebook Like Box widget. This has been corrected in AV Community 1.10.0.
Facebook has discontinued the FaceBook Like Box, so the widget has been removed as an option from the Content Management application Articles|Text page. Preexisting articles that contain the widget will work as they did before, except that the Like Box widget will not be displayed.		 AVD-7663
An error occurs when attempting to merge customer accounts in the Customer Services application. This has been corrected in AV Community 1.10.0.
Customer accounts can now be merged.		 AVD-8703
A system error occurs when you attempt to delete an assignment row on the Venue Configuration application Price Charts|Assignments page. This has been corrected in AV Community 1.10.0.
Assignments can now be deleted, and no error occurs.		 AVD-8713
Bundles are being displayed multiple times on the Customer Services application Bundles|Search page. This has been corrected in AV Community 1.10.0.
Fixed an issue where bundles could display multiple times in customer services bundles search. The search columns have been fixed to accurately reflect that the columns show the earliest Next On Sale date for the bundle and the earliest Next Off Sale date for the bundle. If the bundle is currently on sale the Next On Sale column will be empty for this bundle.		 AVD-8355
Clicking 'Seats' on the Venue Configuration application Performances|Basic page was generating a JScript error. This has been corrected in AV Community 1.10.0.
The JScript error no longer occurs.		 AVD-8845
Saving a copy of a performance does not save 'Event Start Date', the 'Event End Date' nor the 'Event Doors Open' field information. This has been corrected in AV Community 1.10.0.
The 'Event Start Date', 'Event End Date' and 'Event Doors Open' fields are now being saved when a copy of a performance is saved.		 AVD-8886
An error message is being displayed when attempting to invoice orders in bulk using the Utilities application. This has been corrected in AV Community 1.10.0.
 
The error message is no longer being displayed.
 
Order ID is required as a result member in any BI that is used to invoice or update orders via the Utilities application.

Online Fixes

An error occurs when deleting a charge threshold from the Product Configuration application Charges|Pricing page. This has been corrected in AV Community 1.10.0.

When a customer cancels a gift card redemption or removes a successfully added gift card redemption from an order, a tampering error occurs. This has been corrected in AV Community 1.10.0.

Admissions for a performance with a combination of one valid price zone and more than one valid price type cannot be added to an order through the Best Available workflow. This has been corrected in AV Community 1.10.0.

The 'Short Description' on miscellaneous items are being double encoded when displayed Online (e.g. Child's displays as Child's). This has been corrected in AV Community 1.10.0.

The event owner portal is not displaying the 'Page Header' and 'Page Footer' articles defined on the Content Management application Sites|Basic page. This has been corrected in AV Community 1.10.0.

Event owner portal is not displaying the stylesheets configured on the Content Management application Site|Branding page. This has been corrected in AV Community 1.10.0.
The event owner portal has been restyled based on bootstrap CSS to provide a responsive UI. The default branding is now an integrated component of the application and is no longer delivered as the default Site branding stylesheet. The marketview-default-brand.css file has been removed from ArticleMedia/UI/Files/CSS folder. The Content Management application Site|Branding page's 'Stylesheet' field in the MarketView site will no longer have a default value.
 
Custom branding is now applied as an optional, additional stylesheet that is used to extend or override the default product styles.

Print-at-home tickets will not open. This has been corrected in AV Community 1.10.0.
Print-at-home tickets containing images will be rendered without missing content.		 AVD-8902
Venue 'Name' and 'Short Description' are not appearing in detailed search results. This has been corrected in AV Community 1.10.0.
Venue are displayed using 'Short Description'. When 'Short Description' is blank, 'Description' is used. When 'Description' is also blank, then 'Name' is used. (While 'Name' is a required field, it is intended as a business-facing identifier rather than a consumer-facing venue name.) 		AVD-9239

When entering a date value on the Business Intelligence and Reports application Business Intelligence|Criteria page using , the date is appearing as ##-##-## ##:##:##. This has been corrected in AV Community 1.10.0.
The subtype of the underlying BI criteria primitive is now taken into consideration when generating date/time values using , and the dates appear as expected.		 AVD-7269
Performance 'Start Date' is no being accepted by Customer BI queries.
Instead Message 4030: Not all search fields are filled in correctly is being displayed.		 This has been corrected in AV Community 1.10.0.
Performance 'Start Date' is now being accepted as expected when creating Customer BI queries.
Adding criteria and filters to BI queries is no longer a two-step process. When a field is selected, it iwll immediately be added to the current criteria/current filter section.
The 'Add Criteria' and 'Add Filter' buttons have been removed.		 AVD-7332
Relative date formats in BI criteria are being changed to incorrect absolute dates when the BI is reloaded. This has been corrected in AV Community 1.10.0.
Added more input validation in the standard date input parser, which previously validated input only based on its length. Long enough relative date had the same number of characters as valid time stamps.		 AVD-7418
Date localization is not working in the new report framework. This has been corrected in AV Community 1.10.0.
Dates are now localized in the new report framework.		 AVD-9271

Update the JSON output to reflect changes to the XML output done in AVD-5556. This has been corrected in AV Community 1.10.0.
The JSON format has been changed:
 
GUID and string responses will not have "input" and "display" values, as they just duplicates standard value.
int and fixed int will have a number in standard value, and "input" and "display" will contain strings.
