The General Configuration application Producers|Basic page allows you to configure producers (names and addresses) that can then be associated with performances, series or bundles to allow you to report on the producers' shows and applicable fees.

Producer Details Section

The producer details section of the General Configuration application Producers|Basic page contains the following properties:

Description |
| Name |
Name of the producer (e.g. company, organization or person). |
| Description |
Brief description of the producer. |
| Language |
Primary language of the producer and producer’s events. |
| Group |
Select the group that you want the producer grouped under.
Producers groups can be added to the list in the General Configuration application List|Entries page for the Producer Group list. For more information, refer to General Configuration Lists. |
Contact Section

The contact section of the General Configuration application Producers|Basic page contains the following properties:

| Title |
A title for the contact (e.g. Mr., Mrs.). |
| First Name |
The default contact’s first name. |
| Middle Initial |
The default contact’s middle name initial. |
| Last Name |
The default contact’s last name. |
| Suffix |
A suffix to the contact’s name, (e.g. Jr., Sr.). |
| Company Name |
The name of the producer's company. |
| Job Title |
The producer's contact's job title. |

The producer data section of the General Configuration application Producers|Basic page contains the following properties:

| Selected Charge Types |
Enables you to select the types of charges that will be applicable to the producer.
To select more than one charge type, hold CTRL or SHIFT while making your selections. |
| Data [1-8] |
Enables you to store additional information specific to your organization.
Any data entered into these fields is searchable through Business Intelligence. To modify a data field label, navigate to the Registry::EN::Business Objects::TSproducerBO::Producer node and select the appropriate field that you want to re-label. |
| Multidata [1-2] |
Enables you to store additional information specific to your organization. To add additional fields, click  or press CTRL+TAB once you have made an entry.
Any data entered into these fields is searchable through Business Intelligence. To modify a multidata field label, navigate to the Registry application Registry::EN::Business Objects::TSproducerBO::Producer node and select the field that you want to re-label. |
