After printing a pass via the Customer Services application Order|Summary page, the check box beside the pass is not being deselected. When users then attempt to print an admission on the pass from the Order|Bundles|Seats page, the entire pass is being reprinted. |
This has been corrected in AudienceView 6.6.1 HotFix 5.
The check box next to passes on the Customer Services application Order|Summary page is automatically being deselected once the pass has been printed. |
