Once you have assigned a permission to a subsystem, you can modify the permission at any time, if you have the appropriate permissions.

Information Modifications to permissions will take effect the next time the user logs on to the application.

To modify an existing group permission, complete the following:

1. Open the Application Security application from the AudienceView Desktop.
2. Select the Group tab.
   The Group|Search page appears.
3. Search for and select the group that you want to work with. For more information, refer to the Application Security Group-Search Page and Performing Searches.
   The Group|Basic page appears.
4. Select the Permissions tab.
   The Group|Permissions page appears.
5. Select the subsystem that you want to work with from the column on the left-hand side of the page. Subsystems with a permission or filter appears in blue text.
6. Modify the actions and filters as required:
   • To add or remove an action, hold down CTRL and click the action in the 'Actions' field. Highlighted items are actions enabled for the group.
   • To add a filter, refer to Applying Group Filters to Subsystems.
   • To remove a filter, refer to Deleting a Group Filter.
7. For each subsystem that you want to work with, repeat the process from Step 5.
8. Click 'Apply'.
   A window confirms that the application updated the group.
9. Click 'OK'.
