The Scripts|Edit page uses JavaScript only. It is understood that to edit the scripts, you have a basic knowledge of JavaScript and the appropriate tag formats and content. |
To modify a script, complete the following:
- Open the General Configuration application from the AudienceView Desktop.
- Select the Scripts tab.
The Scripts|Search page appears.
- Search for and select the script that you want to modify. For more information, refer to the General Configuration Scripts-Search Page and Performing Searches.
The Scripts|Edit page appears.
- Modify the desired content.

| Caution
If you modify the 'Name' field or the 'Content Type' dropdown, ensure that you update the 'Label' as well. The 'Label' is what appears in the 'Application Script' field on the Script Definition|Search page and the 'Application Script' dropdown on the Script Definition|Edit page. You can manually update the 'Label' field, but if you delete the contents it will automatically be populated when the changes are applied. |
- Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the application updated the script.
- Click 'OK'.
