You can delete a benefit if it is not in use. If you no longer want to use a particular benefit that is currently in use, you can set the End Date for the benefit. For more information on modifying, refer to Modifying a Benefit.
To delete a benefit, complete the following:

Open the Product Configuration application from the AudienceView Desktop.

Select the Benefits tab.
The Benefits|Search page appears.

Search for and select the benefit that you want to delete. For more information, refer to the Product Configuration Benefits|Search Page and Performing Searches.
The Benefits|Details page for the selected benefit opens.

Click 'Delete'.
A window prompts you to confirm the deletion of the benefit.

Click 'OK'.
A window confirms that the application deleted the benefit.

Click 'OK'.
