Next
To assign performances to an existing price chart, complete the following:
Open the
Venue Configuration
application from the AudienceView Desktop.
Select the Price Charts tab.
The
Price Charts|Search
page appears.
Search for and select the price chart that you want to assign performances to. For more information, refer to the
Venue Configuration - Price Charts|Search Page
and
Performing Searches
.
The
Price Charts|Basic
page appears.
Select the Assignments tab.
The
Price Charts|Assignments
page appears.
Click '
Add Performance
'.
A performance row appears.
Enter the performance codes in the 'Performance' field or click
to search for the performances.

Enter the date from which the price chart will be in effect in the 'Start Date' field or click
to select a date.

If you choose to leave this field blank, AudienceView will default to the current date and time.
Enter the date after which the price chart is no longer in effect for the performance in the 'End Date' field or click
to select a date.

.
It is not necessary to enter an 'End Date', unless another price chart will come into effect for the performance.
For each performance row that you want to assign this price chart, repeat the process from Step 5.
Click '
Apply
'.
A window confirms that the application updated the price chart.
Click '
OK
'.
