The Saved Business Intelligence|Parameters Page
The Saved Business Intelligence|Parameters page allows you to perform counts on the number of results the query will retrieve as well as extract the query results to email, printed output, to the screen or a downloadable file.
The run saved query section of the page allows you to select the format of the query result export. You are able to select options from the following fields:

Extract Template |
Select the file template in which you want the extract generated.
Prior to AudienceView 6.8.11, the following formats can be used:

CSV: Return results in CSV (comma separated values) format. This format is suitable for use in spreadsheets.

Mail Merge: This is only available for customer BI queries. Return results in AudienceView mail merge format. Used with the AudienceView mail merge plug-in to create mail merges. For more information, refer to Creating a Customer Correspondence Extract (prior to AudienceView 6.8.10) and Creating a Message Extract (AudienceView 6.8.10).

XML: Return results in XML (extensible markup language) format. This format is suitable for loading into an XML database.
As of AudienceView 6.8.11, the following formats should be used:

Business Intelligence AVDOC Report Extract: Return results in AVDOC. This template is suitable for emailing.

Business Intelligence CSV Report Extract: Return results in CSV (comma separated values) template. This template is suitable for use in spreadsheets and for importing into another system.

Business Intelligence HTML Report Extract: Return results in HTML.

Business Intelligence XML Report Extract: Return results in XML (extensible markup language) template. This template is suitable for importing into another system.

Correspondence Mail Merge: This is only available for customer BI queries. Return results in AudienceView mail merge template. Used with the AudienceView mail merge plug-in to create mail merges. For more information, refer to Creating a Message Extract.

Max Extract Rows |
Enter the number of resulting rows expected for the extract.

Information
BI queries will only return the maximum number of results defined in the Registry application Registry::EN::Collection Objects node 'extract_max_rows' field. If the Registry is set to 1,000 and you set the 'Extract Max Row' field to 1,500, only 1,000 results will be returned. |

Extract Header |
Specify which labels you want to use to represent the result members in the extract’s headers:

Name: uses the column name from the database
-
Label: uses the label as it appears in the result member 'Name' field

None: uses no header labels
If you entered a label for the result member in the 'Heading' field, this will always be used in the extract.

Search Type |
Enables you to choose the default type of matches you are expecting:

Match Any: When you want to search for records containing one or more of the search terms you selected.
-
Match All: When you want to search for records that contain all of the search terms you selected.

In the saved list criteria section of the page, you are able to enter criteria values for the query. The criteria displayed is the criteria saved as part of the Business Intelligence query.
