The pass name in AudienceView must match the ProductCode in Fortress. For field mappings between AudienceView and Fortress, refer to Fortress to AudienceView Configuration Mappings.
To create a Fortress Pass, complete the following:
- Open the General Configuration application from the AudienceView Desktop.
- Select the Passes tab.
The Passes|Search page appears.
- Click 'Create New'.
The Passes|Basic page appears.
- Specify the name of the new pass in the 'Name' field.

The name must match a Product Code in Fortress. |
- Select the name of the Fortress-compatible pass template (configured in Creating Fortress Pass Templates) from the 'Pass Ticket Template' dropdown.

- Click 'Create'.
A window confirms that the application created the pass.
- Click 'OK'
