If there are any performances that you do not want to go through the gateway (i.e. do not want to print in Fortress), you need to indicate them on the Fortress gateway node. For example, away game tickets may not be printed through Fortress.

To exclude performances from printing through the Fortress gateway, complete the following:

1. Open the Registry application from the AudienceView Desktop.
2. Navigate to the System::Configuration::Gateways::Fortress node.
3. Enter the performance codes of the performances that you do not want to print in Fortress in the 'Excluded Performances' field.

   Hint To enter multiple performances, separate each one using carriage returns.

   You can use regular expressions to enter wildcard information in this field (e.g. Park(ing)?$ will exclude performances that end in Park or Parking, such as: 2006-CC4 Car Park and 56-L10 Car Parking.

   Caution Regular expressions are case-sensitive. For more information, refer to Regular Expressions.

4. Click 'Apply'.
   A window confirms that the application updated the Registry.
5. Click 'OK'.
