Changing the date/time settings in the Registry will impact all searches, including searches in the Customer Services application.
The following steps describe how to modify the subtype of a date/time criteria to ignore the current time:
- Open the Registry application from the AudienceView Desktop.
- Navigate to the Registry::EN::Collection Objects.
- Browse to the date field that you want to work with.
For example: Registry::EN::Collection Objects::TSCustomerCO::Field::Customer Create Date.
- Select Duration Date Only from the 'Subtype' dropdown.
- Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the application updated the Registry.
- Click 'OK'.
