Modifying Date and Time Criteria

Changing the date/time settings in the Registry will impact all searches, including searches in the Customer Services application.

The following steps describe how to modify the subtype of a date/time criteria to ignore the current time:

  1. Open the Registry application from the AudienceView Desktop.
  2. Navigate to the Registry::EN::Collection Objects.
  3. Browse to the date field that you want to work with.
    For example: Registry::EN::Collection Objects::TSCustomerCO::Field::Customer Create Date.
  4. Select Duration Date Only from the 'Subtype' dropdown.
  5. Click 'Apply'.
    A window confirms that the application updated the Registry.
  6. Click 'OK'.
