AudienceView 6.3.0 User Guides

  • Getting Started: The Getting Started Guide provides an introduction to AudienceView and provides basic information that can be used throughout the application (e.g. how to perform searches and use notes).
  • Customer Services Guide: The Customer Services Guide outlines the different pages within the Customer Services application and how to use them to create customer accounts, to sell tickets, merchandise and gift certificates/cards and how to create offers.
