The AudienceView user guides provide detailed information on how to perform day-to-day ticket sales and reporting tasks. The guides consist of the following:
- Getting Started: The Getting Started Guide provides an introduction to AudienceView and provides basic information that can be used throughout the application (e.g. how to perform searches and use notes).
- Customer Services Guide: The Customer Services Guide outlines the different pages within the Customer Services application and how to use them to create customer accounts, to sell tickets, merchandise and gift certificates/cards and how to create offers.
- Utilities Guide: The Utilities Guide outlines the different pages within the Utilities application and how to use them to complete batch processes (e.g. updating multiple orders, printing invoices)
- My AudienceView Guide: The My AudienceView Guide outlines the different pages within the My AudienceView application and how to use them to manage tasks and notes.
- Business Intelligence and Reports Guide: The Business Intelligence and Reports Guide outlines how to use the Buiness Intelligence and Reports application to create queries and run reports.
- Access Control Guide: The Access Control Guide outlines how to configure Access Control and mobile devices so that tickets can be scanned when customers enter/leave a venue.
- Email Marketing Guide: The Email Marketing Guide outlines how to use the Correspondence application to provide customers with emailed information regarding upcoming events, promotions and fundraising campaigns.
