Customer Services Guide

 

The Customer Services application is the gateway to your customer ticketing service. This is where you interact with your customer base to provide personalized service. The flexibility of AudienceView allows you to sell tickets how and when you want.

From within the Customer Services application, you can build and manage customer profile data, take orders, find the best available seats quickly, manage bundles, create and manage notes, manage the purchase and use of gift certificates or gift cards, process donations and view your end of day balance.

Tab Description
The Customer tab enables you to add a customer, locate existing customers, modify customer information, create notes and so on.

The Order tab enables you to manage orders and order related information.

The Seats tab enables you to search for and select seats using various methods, perform a quick sale and check seating availability.

The Bundles tab enables you to search for available bundles, view bundle details and purchase by venue map.

The Miscellaneous Items tab enables you to search for available miscellaneous items, view miscellaneous item details and purchase items.

The Offers tab enables you to search for offers that have been made to customers, view the details of customer offers and create new offers for customers.

The Gift Certs/Cards tab enables you to search for those gift certificates and gift cards purchased by customers and view their details.

The Gifts tab enables you to search for existing donations to add them to orders and offers.
