Handling Gifts (Donations)

Customers can give gifts (make donations) to your organization. Once fundraising programs are configured, a gift can be made to an appeal and allocated to one or more funds. Once paid, you can issue a tax receipt and thank you letter to the donor or any contact associated to the donor’s account. You can also issue a thank you letter to the person who referred a new donor to your fundraising effort (referral contact).
