Printing a Payment Receipt

You cannot print a receipt for the Download or Email delivery methods. Attempting to print a receipt will prompt the reprinting of the entire order. You can print an invoice instead.

When printing, you must set your printer settings. Press SHIFT+S to check your printer settings.

To print a payment receipt, complete the following:

  1. Open the Customer Services application from the AudienceView Desktop.
  2. Select the Orders tab.
    The Orders|Search page appears.
  3. Search for and select the order that you want to work with. For more information, refer to Searching for an Order.
    The Order|Summary page appears.
  4. Click the 'select?' check box at the top of the payment.
  5. Click 'Print'.
