When you print a gift certificate/card, AudienceView generates a redemption number used by the customer to redeem the gift certificate/card. When printing, you must set your printer settings. Press SHIFT+S to check your printer settings.

To print a gift certificate/card, complete the following:

1. Open the Customer Services application from the AudienceView Desktop.
2. Select the Orders tab.
   The Orders|Search page appears.
3. Search for and select the order that you want to work with. For more information, refer to Searching for an Order.
   The Order|Summary page appears.
4. Click the 'select?' check box next to the gift certificate/card that you want to print.
5. Click 'Print'.

If you reprinted a gift certificate or gift card, a new redemption number will be assigned to the item.
