Adding New Seats to an Order for the Same Performance

To add an admission to an order for the same performance, complete the following:

  1. Open the Customer Services application from the AudienceView Desktop.
  2. Select the Order tab.
    The Order|Search page appears.
  3. Search for and select the order that you want to work with. For more information, refer to Searching for an Order.
    The Order|Summary page appears.
  4. In the admissions section, click on the name of performance you want to work with.
    The Seats|Map page appears. Seats that are part of the order display in larger letters.
  5. Select the desired price type from the 'Price Type' dropdown.
  6. Select the seats you would like to add to the order.
  7. Click 'Order Summary'.
    The Order|Summary page appears with the seats added to the order.
  8. Update the payment details, if necessary.

  9. Click 'Apply'.
    A window confirms that the application updated the order.
  10. Click 'OK'.
