Using Customer Notes

You can add notes to a customer account to log problems, comments, compliments or any other information that may be useful to you, another ticket seller or your administrator at a later date.

Notes can also be used to create a pop-up that will display whenever a customer account is loaded. For more information, refer to Creating a Customer Pop-Up Message.

The Customer|Notes page also displays any associated order notes. Order notes are shaded grey.

Once a note has been added to a customer account, the  icon appears at the top of the page.
