Customer Services Customer-Calendar Page

The Customer|Calendar page displays any volunteer shifts the customer is assigned to. Customers are able to call representatives to determine which performances they are going to work, at what time and for how long. The calendar entry is populated with information from the associated customer note.

Hint
The customer note must have the 'Context ID' field set to a specific performance for an entry to display on the Customer|Calendar page.

The information displayed in the calendar entry is:

  • The performance title
  • The subject (or type) of note task
  • The start time for the task
  • The duration of the volunteer shift

By clicking on an entry, you will be taken to the Customer|Notes page with the corresponding note being viewed, showing the full details of the volunteer shift. For more information, refer to Customer Services Customer-Notes Page.
