To add a gift to an order, complete the following:
- Open the Customer Services application from the AudienceView Desktop.
- Create a new order for the customer making the donation.
For more information, refer to Creating an Order Using an Existing Customer Account.
- Select the Gifts tab.
The Gifts|Search page appears.
- Search for and select the gift that you would like to add to the order.
For more information, refer to Customer Services Gifts-Search Page and Performing Searches.
- Click 'Add to Order'.
The Order|Gifts page appears.
- Complete the gift details and gift funds sections. For more information, refer to Customer Services Order-Gifts Page.
 | Hint You must assign the gift to at least one fund. If you assign it to multiple funds, ensure you allocate the entire pledge amount. |
- Click 'Create' or 'Apply'.
