Adding a Gift to an Order

Gifts do not contribute to the total used to calculate threshold levels for delivery charges.

To add a gift to an order, complete the following:

  1. Open the Customer Services application from the AudienceView Desktop.
  2. Create a new order for the customer making the donation.
    For more information, refer to Creating an Order Using an Existing Customer Account.
  3. Select the Gifts tab.
    The Gifts|Search page appears.
  4. Search for and select the gift that you would like to add to the order.

  5. Click 'Add to Order'.
    The Order|Gifts page appears.
  6. Complete the gift details and gift funds sections. For more information, refer to Customer Services Order-Gifts Page.
    You must assign the gift to at least one fund. If you assign it to multiple funds, ensure you allocate the entire pledge amount.
  7. Click 'Create' or 'Apply'.
