Viewing or Modifying a Miscellaneous Item on an Order

Once a miscellaneous item has been added to the order, you can view the details of the item. For more information, refer to Adding a Miscellaneous Item to an Order.

To view or modify the miscellaneous items added to an order, complete the following:

  1. Open the Customer Services application from the AudienceView Desktop.
  2. Search for and select the order that you want to work with. For more information, refer to Searching for an Order.
    The Order|Summary page appears.
  3. Modify the miscellaneous items on this page as required.
    To view additional details about the miscellaneous items, select the Other tab.
    The Order|Other|Items page appears.
  4. Click 'Apply'.
    A window confirms that the application updated the order.
  5. Click 'OK'
