A bundle instance is a bundle that has been filled by meeting the bundle’s minimum number of performances and admissions. Multiple instances of a bundle can be created when the bundle has a maximum number of performances and admissions. Once that maximum number has been reached on an order, a second instance of the bundle is created.
For example, a bundle was created that required a maximum of three performances and one admission. Consider the following scenarios:
- An order for this bundle that included three performances and one admission would result in a single bundle instance.
- An order for this bundle that included three performances and two admissions would result in two bundle instances.
The number of charges charged per instance can vary. If the charge was configured to be per ticket, each ticket in the instance would result in a charge. If it was configured as a one time charge, the charge would appear for each instance. Using the bundle above, consider the following scenarios:
- Using the first order above, a single admission for three performances, a per instance charge applied to the bundle would be charged once, whether it was applied per instance or per ticket.
- Using the second example above, two admissions on three performances, the charges would vary. If a one time per instance charge was applied to the bundle, the charge would be charged twice (once per instance). If a per ticket, per instance charge was applied to the bundle, the charge would be charged six times (once per admission).
