You can check a gift card/account balance by Viewing Gift Certificate and Gift Card Details or by completing the following:

Open the Customer Services application from the AudienceView Desktop.

Select the Order tab.
The Order|Search page appears.

Search for and select the order that you want to work with. For more information, refer to Searching for an Order.
The Order|Summary page appears.

Click 'Inquiry' beside the desired gift card.
OR
-
Click 'Reload Gift Card/Account'.
The Reload Gift Card/Account window appears.

Select the gift card that you want to reload by clicking the radio button next to it.

Enter the gift card number in the 'Number' field and the gift card's redemption number in the 'Redemption Number' field.

Click 'Inquiry'.
A window confirms the balance remaining on the card.
