Account merges cannot be reversed. It is recommended that you create a backup of the database before merging accounts.

The Merging Customer Accounts in a Batch section provides an introduction to the Customer Merge tool, and the following sections describe how to merge customer accounts in a batch:

Creating a Customer Account Merge Query (Prior to AudienceView 6.3.2): Describes how to create a query to search for customer accounts to be merged.
Creating a Customer Account Merge Query (AudienceView 6.3.2): Describes how to create a query to search for customer accounts to be merged.
Modifying an Executed a Customer Account Merge Query: Describes how to modify an executed customer merge query.
Doing so will delete the original query results from the Customer Merge|Query page, and the 'Executed' status will revert to No.
Merging a Batch of Customer Accounts: Describes how to merge a batch of customer accounts once a query has been run.
