You can control which options are available on configuration.asp. You can set them for a particular user or group through Application Security or globally through the Registry.
To set options for a particular user or group, complete the following:

Open the Application Security application from the AudienceView Desktop.

Select the Users or Group tab.
The associated Search page appears.

Search for and select the user or group that you want to work with. For more information, refer to Application Security Users-Search Page or Application Security Group-Search Page and Performing Searches.
The associated Basic page appears.

Select the Attributes tab.
The associated Attributes page appears.

Select the subsystem that you want to work with from the list on the left side of the page.

Click 'Add Rule'.
A set of fields display.

Select the Options marking_options attribute from the Attribute Name list.

Select the options you want to display for this user or group from the 'List' field.

Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the application updated the user or group.

Click 'OK'.

To set options globally, modify the Marking Options list or create a new list and select it in the Registry application Registry::EN::Business Objects::TSticketBO::Options::Marking Options node. |
