The procedure for attaching a file to a note is the same across AudienceView.
The following example demonstrates the attachment of a file to a note through the My AudienceView application, but the steps can be used across all of the AudienceView applications that allow you to use notes. For a list of the pages that notes can be created in, refer to Using Notes.
To attach a file to a note, complete the following:

Open the My AudienceView application from the AudienceView Desktop, or select Options and then My AudienceView or press SHIFT+M.
The My Notes|Home|Created by page appears.

Select the Notes tab.
The My Notes|Notes page appears.

Search for and select the note that you want to work with. For more information, refer to My AudienceView My Notes-Notes Page and Performing Searches.

Click 'Attach File'.
The Attach File dialog box appears.

Select 'Browse' to locate the file on your hard-drive or network.
The Windows Choose file window displays.

Browse to the location of the file.

Select the file and click 'Open'.
The Choose file dialog box closes, and the name of the file appears in the 'File' field.

Click 'Attach File'.
A window confirms that the application attached the note, and it prompts you to save your work.

Click 'OK'.
The attached file appears as a link next to the 'File Attachment' field.

To view the file attachment, you can click the link.

To delete the attachment, select the check box to the right of the attachment link and click 'Create'.

Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the application updated the note.

Click 'OK'
