The My Executive BI|Parameters Page
The My Executive BI|Parameters page allows you to run saved Business Intelligence (BI) queries from the My Executive BI|Saved page to extract information.

Code |
Enter a code to represent the extract. This can be used to search for the extract.
This is only available for customer BI queries and should only be used if you are creating a customer correspondence extract. |

Solicitation Amount |
If soliciting for donations, enter an amount desired in the field.
This is only available for customer BI queries and should only be used if you are creating a customer correspondence extract. |
Document |
If you are creating a mail merge extract, enter the file name of the mail merge template excluding the extension (e.g. if the template name is Customer.doc, enter "Customer").
This is only available for customer BI queries and should only be used if you are creating a customer correspondence extract. |
Extract Template |
Select the file format in which you want the extract generated:
- CSV: Return results in CSV (comma separated values) format. This format is suitable for use in spreadsheets.
- Mail Merge: This is only available for customer BI queries. Return results in AudienceView mail merge format. Used with the AudienceView mail merge plug-in to create mail merges.
- XML: Return results in XML (extensible markup language) format. This format is suitable for loading into an XML database.
- PDF: This format is suitable for printing and emailing.

Enter the number of resulting rows expected for the extract. |
Search Type |
Enables you to choose the appropriate type of matches you are expecting:
- Match Any: When you want to search for records containing one or more of the search terms you selected.
- Match All: When you want to search for records that contain all of the search terms you selected.
