Once DataWedge is installed, you must enable it for bar code capture.
To enable barcode capture, complete the following:
- Click the DataWedge icon (
) in the system tray.
If the DataWedge icon does not appear in the system tray, browse to the \Application folder and launch the DataWedge executable.
- Select Barcode and then select Enable.The mobile computer is now ready to capture barcode data. This is indicated with a check mark next to the Barcode menu item.
