Scanning Tickets

The process of ticket scanning is also referred to as marking. As ticket holders present their tickets, you use your mobile computer to scan the ticket’s bar code into Access Control. Access Control will determine whether the ticket is valid for the performance and notify you whether the scan passed or failed. Whenever a ticket is scanned, Access Control stores the result of the scan in your database. This can then be used for reporting.
