Saving a BI Query to a Folder (Custom Searches)

By saving a BI query to a folder, you can make the query available to perform searches within other areas of the application. This enables you to create custom searches based on your organization’s needs. For those users who do not have access to the Business Intelligence and Reports application, saving the query to the Executive BI folder enables them to access custom queries that they require.

The following table describes the available folders by object, from where the query can be accessed, and any required result members. For more information on saving a query, refer to Saving a BI Query.
