The Utilities application Customer Merge|Query page contains the following properties:

Description |
| Keeper |
The account that other accounts will be merged into. |
| Merge |
The account(s) that will be merged into the 'Keeper' account.
Select the check box next to the account(s) that will be merged into the 'Keeper' account. |
| Customer |
The customer number associated with the account(s).
If the customer account is associated with an organization, the organization name will appear below the customer number. |
| Contact |
The contact information for the customer account(s).
The contact section displays the following information (if stored against the customer account on the Customer Services application Customer|Advanced page):
- First Row: 'Salutation Name', 'Greeting Name', 'First Name', 'Maiden Name' and 'Last Name'
- Second Row: 'Title', Publish Name', 'Job Title' and 'Email'
- Third Row: 'Gender' and 'Phone Number [1-6]' (i.e. 'Home Phone', 'Work Phone', 'Mobile Phone', 'Fax Phone', 'Phone 5' and 'Phone 6')
If multiple contacts are assigned to the customer account, each contact will appear in the 'Contact' column with an accompanying check box.
Selecting the check box associated with a customer contact will add the applicable contact information to the 'Keeper' account.

| Address |
The address information for the customer account(s).
The address section displays the following information stored against the customer account on the Customer Services application Customer|Basic page:
- First Row: 'Street' and 'City'
- Second Row: 'State' and 'Country'
- Third Row: 'Postal/Zip Code'
If multiple address are assigned to the customer account, each address will appear in the 'Address' column with an accompanying check box.
Selecting the check box associated with a customer address will add the applicable address information to the 'Keeper' account.
